FAQ

Do I need to register to exchange?

No. Cryptocurrency exchange is available without registration or account creation. Simply choose the exchange pair, enter the amount, and add your receiving address.

How long does an exchange take?

An exchange usually takes from a few minutes to 30 minutes after the required network confirmations. Time depends on network load, number of confirmations, and the selected cryptocurrency.

How is the exchange rate formed?

The rate is shown before confirmation and depends on the selected mode: fixed or floating. Before creating an order, the user sees current conditions and the final amount you’ll receive.

Can I fix the rate?

Yes. A fixed rate is locked when the order is created and remains valid if the exchange conditions are met and funds are sent on time.

What is a floating rate?

A floating rate changes depending on the market and may differ when the exchange is completed. The final amount is calculated using the current rate at the moment of processing.

Are there hidden fees?

No. The main exchange conditions are shown before confirmation, including the rate, limits and final amount you’ll receive.

What is the minimum exchange amount?

The minimum amount depends on the selected cryptocurrency and exchange pair. Limits are displayed automatically when selecting a pair and calculating the amount.

Is there a maximum limit?

Yes. Each cryptocurrency and exchange pair may have a maximum limit shown before order creation.

What is memo, tag or payment ID?

Memo, tag or payment ID is an additional payment identifier required by some cryptocurrencies and networks. If shown in an order, it must be copied exactly.

Why is it important to choose the correct network?

Cryptocurrencies may work on different blockchain networks. Sending funds on the wrong network may result in loss or require additional review. Always check the coin, network, address and memo/tag before payment.

What if I entered the wrong address?

After a transaction is sent, changes are impossible due to blockchain rules. Always check the receiving address carefully before confirming the exchange.

Can I cancel an exchange?

Cancellation is possible only before funds are sent to the network. After sending, the transaction becomes irreversible and further processing depends on order status.

When will the funds arrive?

Funds are credited after the required network confirmations and the required number of network confirmations.

How can I track an exchange?

The exchange status updates on the order page and shows the current processing stage. Learn more in the How it works section.

Do I need to create an account?

No. Standard exchange does not require account creation. The user can create an order, enter a receiving address and complete the exchange without extra steps.

Is the exchange safe?

The exchange is performed under transparent conditions, and the user sees the rate, limits and final amount in advance. The platform does not ask for private keys, seed phrases or wallet access.

How does a fixed rate work?

A fixed rate is locked when the order is created and does not change if the exchange conditions are met. It is important to send the exact amount within the required time.

Why can the rate change?

In floating mode, the rate depends on market prices and may change before completion. Network delays and market volatility may also affect the final amount.

Can I send a partial amount?

No. You must send the exact amount shown in the order. This helps the system identify the payment and start processing.

What if I send less?

The operation may be delayed, recalculated or require contacting support. If an incomplete amount was sent, save the order number and transaction hash (TXID).

What if I send more?

The excess is processed according to exchange rules and may require additional review. Contact support with the order number and transaction hash (TXID).

What if the rate expired?

If the rate expired before sending funds, create a new order with current conditions. Do not send funds to an old order if it is no longer active.

How many confirmations are required?

The number of confirmations depends on the selected cryptocurrency and blockchain network. Some networks confirm transactions faster than others.

Why can an exchange be delayed?

Delays may occur due to blockchain network load, low network fee, transaction confirmation time or technical features of the selected cryptocurrency.

Can I use different wallets?

Yes. You can use different wallets. The main requirement is to enter the correct receiving address, choose the correct network and check all details before sending funds.

Can I use a mobile wallet?

What if the transaction is stuck?

Contact support and provide the order number, transaction hash (TXID), amount, cryptocurrency, network and receiving address for review.
