Select the cryptocurrency you want to send and the cryptocurrency you want to receive. The system will immediately show the current rate and the final amount you’ll receive before the order is created.
Fixed and floating rates are available. A fixed rate helps you understand the final amount in advance, while a floating rate depends on current market conditions. Choose the option that fits your exchange before creating the order.
When you select a cryptocurrency, the minimum and maximum limits for that exchange pair are shown automatically. Before creating the order, make sure the amount is within the available range.
Enter the wallet address where you want to receive the funds and check it carefully before confirming. If the selected cryptocurrency requires a memo, tag, or payment ID, enter it exactly as shown in your wallet.
After the order is created, the system will show the payment address and QR code. Send the exact amount to the specified address and wait for the transaction to receive the required network confirmations. Once the confirmations are received, the exchange starts processing automatically.
After the required network confirmations, the exchanged funds are sent to your receiving wallet. An exchange usually takes 5 to 30 minutes, depending on network load, the number of confirmations, and the selected cryptocurrency.
Before sending funds, always check the selected cryptocurrency, blockchain network, amount, receiving address, and any additional data if required. An incorrect address, network, or memo/tag may delay the exchange or lead to loss of funds.
Processing speed depends on blockchain network load, network fees, the number of confirmations, and the technical features of the selected cryptocurrency. The order status is updated throughout the exchange.
The process takes only a few steps and does not require registration. Each step shows clear conditions, the exchange rate, limits, the final amount, and the order status.
